Can AI tell me for certain that an item is genuine?
No. Photos and AI can miss important details, and counterfeit products may copy genuine identifiers. This service only provides preliminary observations and suggested verification steps.
How will payment work?
Proposed flow: prepare photos, choose a clearly described screening service, pay using hosted Stripe Checkout, then receive the report. Expert review would be a separate service. Prices, availability and refund terms are not set. This draft accepts no payments.
Will you issue a certificate?
No certificate is issued in this draft. A future issuance system would require qualified expert review, a recorded decision and a verification record. AI cannot approve issuance.
What happens to my photos?
Choosing files previews them on your device. Live submission sends them to the server and OpenAI. The application re-encodes images to remove metadata and does not store item photos or reports. Avoid personal information and download your report before leaving. Provider and hosting retention must be reviewed before a public launch.
